Radical Praxis is a workshop co-created and co-led with organizer Ash-Lee Woodard Henderson and composer Iván Enrique Rodriguez.

Radical Praxis is a transposition of tools of community organizing into an artistic context. It responds to and builds on the "political awakenings" of 2020, in which a generation of young artists came to see their work and identities in relationship to critical questions of race, class, ecology, and power. With the the initial moment of passion and uprising past, how do we incorporate these necessary questions into our work in a sustainable way? In what ways is it already there? We are not calling for more political art, but a recognizing the ways in which art already is political.
